By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any unauthorized activity or violation of these Terms.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

a. Prohibited activities

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover the source code of the Platform;
• Using the Platform to transmit spam, unsolicited messages, or content that infringes third-party rights;
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Platform;
• Accessing or using the Platform to build a competing product or service.

4. User Content

You may submit content (including messages, files, and feedback) through the Platform ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant Chatforbiz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

5. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments

• Certain features of the Platform may require a paid subscription or usage-based fees.
• Payments are processed by our payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
• Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds, if any, are issued at our discretion as permitted by applicable law and our refund policy.

6. Free Trials

We may offer free trials for certain plans. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may convert to a paid plan and the applicable fees will be charged.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform and all related content, trademarks, logos, and software are the exclusive property of Chatforbiz or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except as expressly set forth in these Terms.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform may enable integrations with third-party services (for example, social logins or analytics providers). Your use of those services is governed by the terms of the respective third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal information.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chatforbiz disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chatforbiz and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Chatforbiz and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Platform. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification).

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Chatforbiz is established, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the Last updated date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice (for example via email or an in-app notification). Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
